House rules

Be considerate of each other and try not to bother others with your noise. Try not to do noisy activities in the rooms. There are other students in the building who need time and peace for their homework. At 23:00 it must be quiet in all common areas.

Breakfast is available from 06:45 to 11:00. Breakfast is self-service and can be found on the buffet and in the refrigerator in the breakfast room. Put your used items in the dishwasher and leave the breakfast room tidy.

Cooking is not allowed in the studios. However, it is possible to dine in the restaurant of Talland College. You can choose from a three-course menu, a dish of the day or a healthy microwave meal. At the reception of Bed & Business they can give you all the information about this.

Leave a common area tidy after you have used it. The rooms should also be tidy and presentable.

We like to keep the studios nice and clean. That's why your sheets are changed every week and towels at least twice a week. Cleaning takes place after 10:00. Are you in your room after that time? Then we will look for another time that day.

Make sure that your behavior does not cause any inconvenience to other guests.

Visitors who are not registered as guests are not allowed to stay overnight at Bed & Business.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises and throughout the building, including the studios. A cleaning fee of 250 Euro will be charged and a warning will be issued to anyone who breaks this rule.

The consumption or possession of alcohol is prohibited in Bed & Business.

The use and/or possession of any form of drugs during your stay is strictly prohibited.

In case of damage caused by a guest/student, the full amount for repairs will be charged.

Bed & Business is not liable for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or damage to goods caused by carelessness or circumstances beyond our control.
