Home away from home
All 12 studios are suitable for two people. A stay can vary from one night to a maximum of 2 months. In exceptional cases, teachers are also welcome.
Breakfast + Dinner
The extensive self-service breakfast is included in the price and is available from 06:45 to 11:00. It is not allowed to cook. However, it is possible to dine in the restaurant of the Talland College. Here you can book your spot in our teaching restaurant.
Nice and clean
We like to keep the studios nice and clean. That is why your sheets are changed once a week and the towels twice a week or on request. Cleaning takes place after 10:00. Are you in your room after that time? Then we will look for another time that day.
House rules
To keep it cozy with each other, we have also drawn up a few basic house rules that you must adhere to during your stay.
Costs
The costs for a stay in Bed & Business depend on the duration of your stay, the type of studio and the occupancy:
- Single occupancy: €40 per night (including breakfast)
- Double occupancy: €60 per night (including breakfast).
Within Bed&Business we have a discount: every 7th night is free. With a stay of 7 nights the guest only pays for 6 nights.

Bed & Business is ideally located in Heerhugowaard, North Holland. Heerhugowaard station is a 5-minute walk away. You can read more about this on the contact page.
